WBG Pilot Line

The project aims to realise an integrated pilot line focused on the developments of the wide–bandgap (WBG) semiconductors technologies for power and radio frequency (RF) electronics.
Project Consortium:
The consortium is coordinated by CNR and includes 15 Research and Technology Organizations (RTOs) from 7 European Countries, with internationally recognized expertise in different fields of WBG and Ultra-WBG (UWBG) semiconductors technology, ranging from materials growth, devices processing, advanced characterizations and simulations, PDKs and packaging:
